Is there one best juice extractor for health?

While I sing the praises of Green Star (Green Power) juice extractors on Clear Winner & Best Juicer for Health Purposes in the General Category, thanks to visitors of Healing Cancer Naturally I've recently
learned of other juicers which appear to possibly be as good as the Green Power models while likely being more economical. Here is a very short introduction to these juicers.
Green Power Juicer - Model KPE 1304 Twin Gear (High Grade, 10 year warranty)
The Green Power KPE1304 Twin Gear juice extractor is actually manufactured by the original inventor of the GreenPower Gold
(1992), the GreenLife & Greenstar (1998) and (contrary to what you may hear from Tribest, distributor of the former), is the leader and the newest of all imported Twin Gear machines. Lighter and more
compact than some other Twin Gear machines, the GreenPower 1304 includes a DVD which gives a visual introduction to juicing with the machine.
As you can read in one of the reviews, The Green Power 1304 is the latest edition from the same family as the Kempo, Hippocrates and
Samson Ultra and the machines have the same juicing parts... The attraction of this model comes from the excellent price and value. Given that its performance is more or less the same as the other
compact Twin Gear machines, we think this one offers excellent value.
Another comment reads, I researched many different juicers including the Green Star and the Green Power Gold and learned that
these models where a much older design from the mid-90s which has not been updated and had a few drawbacks. The Green Power 1304 is the latest design and I am telling you this because I was
initially completely confused as Tribest tried to tell me that the Green Star and Green Power Gold were the latest and best models available which was completely untrue.

who had been juicing with a top of the line Green Power juicer ("If you know juicers, you know this is one of the best") on a daily basis for 10 years. He still came to the conclusion that the Breville 800JEXL
"beats my Green Power juicer".
