Also recommended:
- Eat slowly and in moderation.
- Chew well.
- Keep breaks of 3-4 hours between meals to allow the digestive tract to clean itself.
- If feasible, have the protein meal at noon and the carbohydrate meal in the evening.
- Try to eat approx. 80% alkaline and 20% concentrated acid-forming food.
